We strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that refund requests may arise in certain situations. Please note the following:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.If necessary, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments to your program to better suit your evolving needs and goals. However, program adjustments do not qualify for a refund.
In the event of a refund request for any of our services, 50% of the paid amount will be deducted to cover administrative and operational costs.
A full refund is not applicable once the service has commenced.
